One of the everyday breakfast in South India. These are known by different names paddu, gundu pongala, gunta ponganalu and masala paniyaram. Paniyaram turn out crispy on the outside and soft inside. Received the appe tawa today. Wasn't sure of the cavity size while buying, but it turned out to be good size. The tawa is heavy and pre-seasoned. In all, great quality and I'm happy with the product.

All the appe came out with very less sticking to the pan . The size of the appe is medium . This is good in a way, as the appe gets cooked well in lesser time as compered to bigger cavity ones.
