Lakadong Turmeric Powder (High Curcumin) is a variety of turmeric that is indigenous to West Jaintia Hills in North eastern state of Meghalaya. Lakadong is famous for its high curcumin content of upto 7- 8%. It is far superior than usual varieties of turmeric which has curcumin content of 3-4%. On the face of it, looks good. They haven't attached a certificate or mentioned curcumin content for the batch supplied. It is advisable to print Curcumin content on the package.

The product has good reviews and thus I too bought it too. Seems to have a genuine taste and smell but in this adulterated world difficult for a layperson to know what is genuine and what isn't.
