I cooked chapathis using it and noticed that the water retention is good and so we get soft chapathis with good fibre content.

Rotis made from this atta with a touch of ghee taste amazing. You can literally see the difference when you make the dough, the color is a beautiful earthy brown unlike other brands peddling maida in the name of wheat flour.

After trying so many brands that supposedly sell high-quality wheat flour this is now our favorite. Don't let other products' fancy packaging mislead you into buying substandard products.
