The delivery was quick looking to its origin.. kadai is strong loha, enough heavy, probably machine and perfectly made.

Way better than usual pan.
Don't worry about black strain at the new, it will go after 2 or 3 good wash. I suggest boil the normal salt water 2 times and drain it before washing. Then start using it.

It is a very good kadhai made from heavy gauge iron. After seasoning it properly with mustard oil, it is behaving just like non-stick. But one needs to take good care of all iron utensils.
